Zivvi review

It’s in a shopping centre. Get over that, and once you manage to actually find it, Zizzi is quite a nice restaurant. It’s well priced, the waiting staff are actually Italian, which is great, and the food, while not mouth blowingly amazing, is pretty damn good. Just something not quite there to make it brilliant, though we can’t put our finger on why. It’s all very woody too – not the food, the décor – and nice moody lighting. Wait…shopping centre…darkness…Romero ‘s lawyers on standby please.

Ketchup review

”Everybody be cool this is a robbery! Any of you f**ing pr*ks move and I'll execute every mother f**ing last one of you!“ These words weren't actually shouted at Itchy as we sat munching our burger. Nevertheless, eating at Ketchup is like inhabiting a deleted scene from Pulp Fiction (minus Jules and Vincent in the corner discussing condiments). Ketchup takes inspiration from 70's American diners, and succeeds without looking cheesy. The food is criminally good. Everything's prepared fresh, from Aberdeen Angus burgers to nachos and milkshakes; they even make their own ketchup (bottles available to buy); Heinz, be warned.
